Aftercare
- Refrain for strenuous exercises and physical activity for 24- 48 hours following your treatment
- Avoid extreme heat (sauna, steam, tanning beds, etc.) for 24-48 hours
- Avoid alcohol or use of blood thinners (ie. Advil, Motrin, Aleve) for 24 hours following your treatment
- It's crucial to commit to a daily massage routine post-treatment. We recommend 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days.
